First load testing of 2350mm 6-Roll CVC Cold Mill succeed, which greatly promoted the process of further optimiziation of the cold rolling mill system functions.

4500mm Wide Plate Mill officially succeed after repeated rolling into aluminum ingots, which became the solid foundation for Finishing Mill (FM) hot commissioning and for continuous rolling  of entire strip line.

Rolling Mill #2 (R2) and Finishing Mill (FM) successfully produced square ingot into aluminum coil. It marks the success of FM hot commissioning. Meanwhile, it marks the entire hot rolling mill is completed, created the condition for the optimization of the rolling mill system reference in the future.

2800mm 6-Rolls CVC Width Cold Mill successfully completed the first roll. It is another trial production of cold-rolling machinery followed by Casting House, Hot Rolling House and Cold-Rolling Unit A.

Casting Line #5 successfully manufactured the first piece of hard alloy round ingot, which greatly accelerated the hard alloy ingot production line in operation, also guaranteed continuous rolling of hot rolling mill.

The key equipment - 40MN Heave Stretching Machine - from SMS MEER right the first time, which built foundation of the aluminum plate production.

Roller Heart Quenching Furnace from EBNER produced high strength aluminum alloy plates by heating and  heat preservation and quenching process. The Roller Heart Quenching Furnace can produce extra-thickness aluminum alloy quenching plates, which improves the competitiveness of national aerial & space industry.

Trial run of the world leading Aging Furnace from EBNER was successful. It is a milestone in the completion of heating-treat process of hot plate mill.

It Has passed the audit of ISO9001, TS16949 and AS9100D quality management systems from Bureau Veritas Successfully, obtained the corresponding management system certification.

It has obtained CE product certification and is qualified for CE production.

It successfully has passed the audit of the environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system from Bureau Veritas and obtained the corresponding certification.

2900mm ultra-wide aluminium coil has been hot-rolled successfully.

4300mm ultra-wide aluminium alloy sheet has been hot-rolled successfully on 1# line Hot Rolling Mill at first time. 

It has passed accreditation of Japan (NK) classification society and obtained the certificate.

It has passed accreditation of United States (ABS) classification society and obtained the certificate.

The plate factory has passed process heat treatment and non-destructive testing from US performance auditing organization successfully, and obtained the corresponding Nadcap certification.

It has passed accreditation of Norway (DNV·GL) classification society and obtained the certificate.

It has passed accreditation of China (CCS) classification society and obtained the certificate.

The first coil has been hot rolled on Line 2 successfully.

First coil at max width of 2900 mm has been produced successfully.

It has passed the accreditation from Korea (KR) classification society.

It has successfully passed accreditation of energy management system from Fangyuan Certified company (GB/T23331-2012/ISO50001:2011) and obtained the energy management system certification.
